Slurry Electromagnetic Flow Meter

Aimag S slurry electromagnetic flow meter is used to measure the volume flow rate of conductive liquids with conductivity greater than 5μs/cm. In addition to measuring the volume flow rate of general conductive liquids, it can also be used to measure the volume flow rate of strong corrosive liquids such as strong acids, strong bases and uniform liquid-solid two-phase suspended liquids such as mud, slurry, pulp and paper pulp.

The slurry electromagnetic flow meter is unaffected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity. There are no moving parts and no throttling parts to impede fluid flow, so it does not cause any additional pressure loss when the fluid passes through, and at the same time, it does not cause problems such as wear and tear, clogging, etc. It is especially suitable for measuring liquid-solid two-phase fluids such as slurries, sewage and other slurries with solid particles, as well as a variety of viscous slurries. Similarly, due to its structure without moving parts, it can be attached to a corrosion-resistant insulating liner and select corrosion-resistant materials made of electrodes, to play a very good corrosion resistance, so that it can be used for a variety of corrosive media measurement.
