For the measurement and delivery of dyes, an integrated magnetic flowmeter is typically employed. Its custom high-frequency excitation enables rapid response and precise control, facilitating automated dye dosing.
The printing process often utilizes steam for fixation. The ARTang vortex flowmeter is an ideal choice for this application due to its easy installation and accurate measurement. When equipped with pressure and temperature sensors and connected to a flow totalizer, it can transmit and display flow data remotely. It is reported that the site has been in operation for one year without any failures, and the site staff reported that it is currently working normally.
